Shipping in Canada
Standard - Based on weight - UNTRACKED (Canada Post OS Letter Mail)
The most affordable option for flat items like cards and prints. Letter mail DOES NOT include tracking and has no delivery window guarantee. Delivery times vary according to your location and there may be postal delays due to Covid.
Expedited TRACKED (Canada Post Expedited Parcel)
A more secure option and available for non-flat items/multiple items in one shipment. Delivery times vary according to your location and there may be postal delays due to Covid.
Shipping to the United States
Tracked Packet USA - TRACKED (Canada Post Tracked Packet) The more secure option. Delivery times vary according to your location and there may be postal delays due to Covid.Expedited Parcel USA/Xpresspost USA - Faster, but more expensive shipping options.
Please be aware:
– Canada Post guidelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
– Canada Post does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.
– We're not responsible for Canada Post shipping delays.
– Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
NOTE:
You are responsible for ensuring that you give us the correct address for shipping. If your order is returned because of an incorrect mailing address, you will need to purchase a new shipping
label. Once the postage has been paid, we will resend the package.
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Orders are shipped to the address you submit during the checkout process. Please check your address for accuracy and make sure it is correct. We will not be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address and not returned by the Post Office to us. Refunds will not be made on non-returned item(s). If we receive back the returned item due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund minus the shipping cost.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. Shipments outside of Canada and the USA are not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
